Steve 'Flyer' Sharp started off in Flight School and then in the Airforce. During his time as a fighter pilot, he expereinces an accident. He breathes in a 'Nerve Agent' which causes him shake incontrollably. Once he leaves the Airforce, he develops PTSD or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. This condition causes him to have violent flashbacks back to his fighter pilot days. Some how he managed to hide these two 'diseases' while joining Team Fastex.
- Steve has a wife name Glory who does not like to seem him race and his always worried about his PTSD
- Steve's trademark phrase is "It's Wild Blue Yonder Time!" Wild Blue Yonder refers to a hymn that's sung in Air Force Academy. The line goes...Off We Go Into the Wild Blue Yonder..
- Throughout the series, Steve is known as being the man of action in the group. Hes shown skill in hand-to-hand combat as well as Weapons Training. He even uses phrases that originate in the armed forces such as "Ten-Four" or "Bogie".
- In his spare time, Steve either works out at the gym with racer Octane or he plays an Air Combat Simulator/Arcade game at The Diner.
